IRI has three Evans Scholars currently on its staff managing key accounts throughout the IRI territory.  Starting salary ranges from $75,000-$150,000, based on experience.  IRI also offers a bonus program.  Please visit our website to learn more about the company www.irirep.com.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities at both existing and new customers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing customers as well as with our suppliers and Distribution partners in the marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain a robust lead generation pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
  • Schedule and conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Present tailored solutions to address clients' specific needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software

Qualifications

  • 4 year bachelor's degree required (Engineering and technology are ideal but not a requirement)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
