About RWR Investments
Founded in 2011, RWR Investments is a private investment firm and the management company for a Dallas-based family office. Our team sources, diligences, and manages investments on behalf of and alongside family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and select institutions. Our goal is to compound capital for our investors in a tax efficient manner over a long-time horizon. We invest as limited partners or general partners across asset classes in public equity, private equity, and credit.
About the Opportunity
The firm invests and manages a variety of investments including financial assets (public equity, private equity, and credit) and real assets (real estate and oil & gas). The Associate/Analyst will play an integral role in the sourcing, execution, and management of the firm’s investment portfolio. The Associate/Analyst’s responsibilities will include financial analysis, modeling, and writing investment memorandums amongst other things. The successful candidate will have prior investment experience (buy-side or sell-side) and be highly motivated to develop investment acumen across asset classes.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, a team player, and able to work with parties outside of the firm. An ethical, intellectually curious, and humble individual with a “figure it out” mentality (who enjoys autonomy/responsibility) will thrive in this role.
Technical Skills
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance. Master’s degree and/or CFA is a plus but not required.
- 0-2 years at accounting, investment banking or alternative investment firm.
- Excellent financial modeling skills and an ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a concise investment package.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
