Job Responsibilities

You will assist advisors by creating and updating financial plans, managing the follow-up of client meetings, and in some cases being the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with money movement, trades, etc. You will participate and present in client meetings and periodically review client investment portfolios, analyze investment strategies, build models and modify investment goals when needed. You will also assist with meeting preparations and walking through meeting materials with the advisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (bonus for additional education and/or designations), and security licensed.  Effective written and verbal communication skills. Very proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce preferred. Must be a hard-working self-starter who has exceptional attention to detail and that enjoys working with great people and problem solving.
